- Passport or ID number and expiry date
- Travel dates, origin, destination, and passenger count
- Any special requests you provide

Your information is used only to process your booking request and communicate with you via WhatsApp about flight options and travel details. Passport and ID details are shared with airlines and booking platforms solely to complete your reservation. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
4. WhatsApp messaging and opt-out
By submitting a booking request and checking the consent box, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Jackvara about your booking. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP in our WhatsApp chat. We will immediately stop sending messages upon receiving this request.
5. Data retention
We keep booking information only as long as necessary to fulfil your request and meet legal obligations. To request deletion, email support@jackvara.com.
6. Security
All data is transmitted securely. Access to personal information is limited to team members directly involved in processing your booking.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@jackvara.com.
