Jackvara facilitates flight bookings to Batumi, Georgia for Lebanese investors and arranges a free, no-obligation consultation with Serhan Matar on arrival. We are a booking facilitation service, not an airline or licensed travel agency.
2. No payment at submission
Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking or payment obligation. After reviewing your details, we will contact you on WhatsApp with available options and pricing. You are under no obligation to proceed.
3. WhatsApp messaging consent and opt-out
By ticking the consent checkbox on the booking form, you explicitly agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Jackvara related to your booking inquiry. We will only contact you for purposes directly related to your request. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP in the WhatsApp conversation. We will immediately cease all messaging upon receiving this request and remove you from our contact list.
4. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate, including name, passport and ID details. Errors may result in booking failures for which FlyGeorgia bears no liability.
5. Consultation disclaimer
The on-arrival consultation with Serhan Matar is free, informal, and non-binding. It is a conversation between investors and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Any investment decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
